Atheleah Greene is an analytical, strategic leader who takes a methodical, systematic, approach to helping clients restructure their operations to maximize efficiency, attract and retain clients, mobilize strategic planning initiatives, resolve processing or operational discrepancies, resolve compliance issues, while motivating teams to reach their goals in a harmonious, timely and coordinated environment.

For the past 10 ten years, Atheleah Greene has worked as a CEO in the Esthetician Industry, supporting Teams leader’s companies and organizations of the hotel and tourism industry in training, administration, retaining clients, providing easy to work with services and systems, launching their own businesses and overall business and administrative management.

Atheleah Greene was able to leverage her CEO, administrative and managerial skills and knowledge of business operations to pivot into Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator. In this role, she helps Real Estate professionals identify areas for process improvement, maintain industry compliance standards, develop sustainable solutions for process improvement and increase operational efficiency in the transaction process.
